Inheritance

Reia will initially implement a simple single inheritance model which will initially statically template the class ancestry. This will work well in conjunction with HiPE, Erlang's JIT compiler which does not support cross-module inlining. All classes will have a registered singleton process which will detect code changes in ancestors and update the descendants accordingly.
